As a native Atlantan, Tom has a great appreciation for the advances in home architecture of the metro area. He understands that the lifestyles of today's families have dictated a very functional design while highlighting the classic beauty of this region's architecture. After earning a BBA degree at the University of Georgia, Tom enjoyed a successful 24 year career with Delta Air Lines, Inc., prior to beginning his current career as a home builder. Tom focuses on building custom homes in the $1,000,000.00 to $2,000,000 range. His most recent communities include: The Manor Golf & Country Club in north Fulton county, Echelon in south Forsyth, and The Hayfield also in North Fulton county. Tom is licensed as a general contractor through the Secretary of State's office. Tom was featured on a Home & Garden Television program, Dream Builders episode. He has participated in the Earth Craft House program and was a recipient of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association Silver Professionalism Award and most recently the recipient of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association 100% Customer Appreciation Award.
Kelly also attended the University of Georgia, receiving a Bachelors of Business Administration degree. Upon graduation, she initially worked for a large commercial development firm specializing in multifamily housing. After completing her tenure in commercial development she transitioned to her current position with Tom Nail Builders, Inc. where she is active in all phases of planning, design, and development of residential custom homes.
